Role Overview  

The Pre-sales & Client Consultant hired for this role coordinates technical & solutioning for pre-sales activities and continues to provide support for client servicing during after sales stages. In addition they are also responsible for product testing to ensure that product features are operating as requested in specifications and upto a desired quality.  He/she will transfer industry, technical and product/service area knowledge to customers via good written, verbal and presentation skills. Assists in all levels of technical & functional solutioning for client requirements and account planning and accompanies sales account managers on visits to customers. He/she will work closely with the Field Sales and the Partners and assist in the development of formal sales proposal and presents and differentiate offerings at a technical & solutioning level from the competition. 

Primary Responsibilities  

Pre Sales

  • Product/Offering presentations and demonstrations
  • Directly responsible for success of the client  Q&A sessions with respect to features, capabilities, limitations and competitive advantage    
  • Perform and maintain benchmarking w.r.t to competitors and provide critical research and market feedback to product think tank 
  • Assists with the qualification of the opportunities and/or identification of target accounts  
  • Provide answers to (technical) questions in a Request for Information (RFI) or a Request for Proposal (RFP)  
  • Build custom demonstrations with the help of POC/Product Dev team  
  • Create POC implementation plans and deliver the Proof of Concepts (POC)  
  • Provide first-line technical support for software evaluations and/or pilot projects  
  • Support at external and internal customer facing events  
  • Liaise with the Engineering and Support teams to ensure accurate and timely resolution of technical issues that may arise during the pre-sales process  

Client Servicing
Tracking product performance on client site

  • Engaging with client stakeholders for requirement gathering and level1 interactions
  • Responding to the client as L1 SPOC and support
  • Ensuring CRs and revenue 

Product Testing and Quality Assurance

  • Ensuring end deliverables function as expected from an end user perspective and validating the same against client expectations and requirements
  • Testing end deliverables for base quality standards prior to delivery

Required Experience / Qualifications  

  • Motivated, competitive individual with a strong and demonstrable aptitude towards problem solving with technology
  • Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.  
  • Ability to comprehend Think360.ai product line and to communicate our value proposition to prospects  
  • Knowledge of commonly used Sales and solution selling concepts, practices, policies and procedures 
  • Must interact effectively with all levels of management and staff, internally and externally  
  • Must be adaptable, professional, courteous and motivated, and must work well individually or as a member of a team  
  • Self-starting with solid follow-through, multi-tasking and excellent organizational skills  
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload  
  • Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed  
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals  
  • Willingness to travel within India  
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with solid track record
