Key Account Manager

About Algo360: Algo360 is an alternate data based SaaS product used by leading Banks, NBFC and Fintech. It is a rapidly growing product expected to reach $ 100 Million in couple of years. 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing multiple clients from overall engagement perspective and revenue goals/
  • Develops and maintains long-term relationships with clients, and internal teams and can strike a balance while liaising with both
  • Makes sure clients understand the product value proposition and are using the product in right manner to extract the value of requested products and services in a timely fashion
  • Work towards understanding client needs and demands and craft solutions along with presales and product team
  • Forecasts and tracks and deliver client account metrics such as revenue, timely collections, and client satisfaction
  • Identifies new opportunities to grow business with existing clients
  • Operates as the single point of contact for assigned client

Prerequisites:

  • Experience in working with Banks/NBFC is must
  • 3+ years’ experience in analytics/ presales/ project management/account management/Client service.
  • Experience of working in client-focused solutions
  • Strong client and communication skills
  • Good project management skills
  • Ability to communicate client needs with the product team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously
  • Good negotiation, communication, presentation, and time management skills
  • Experience of any type of client servicing in a software company is highly preferred
