Associate – Graphic Designer

Position summary

We are looking for a visual graphic designer to join our Corporate Communications team, someone who is comfortable with all elements of ideation, graphic and visual design, and branding. In addition to strong graphic design skills, the candidate must have strong strategic thinking, organizational skills, experience working on a design team, and acute attention to detail. You will be integral to our dynamic brand identity and work on developing comprehensive marketing and education materials for both internal and external dissemination.

Job responsibilities

One of the key aspects of your role is a thorough understanding of the right balance between business, design and visualization, and serving our brand’s purpose, business missions, and customer needs. Your day-to-day tasks will consist of creating visually engaging artworks with innovative ideas. Your ability to bring your vision and concepts to life will not only be welcomed but celebrated.
Responsibilities

  • As our visual designer, your responsibilities will include areas of design such as typography, iconography, color, space and texture.
  • Design and edit marketing presentations, social media creatives, whitepapers, brochures, infographics, logos and other marketing collateral.
  • Create wireframes and mockups
  • Design and edit videos that convey product functionalities and business offerings.
  • Generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end.
  • Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user experience.
  • Translate business deliverables and technical descriptions into designs that are visually engaging.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 – 2 years of professional experience in designing brand identities, marketing presentations, social media creatives, brochures, infographics, logos etc.
  • Proficient in Adobe and Corel.
  • Expert-level skills in Photoshop and other relevant design tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in the graphic design field.
  • A keen eye for details and clean design aesthetic
  • Great sense of typography, illustration and visual composition
  • Well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined design in a short time.
  • Self-learning, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment.
